1. Although every effort will be made to keep appointment times, this may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as heavy traffic and adverse weather conditions or pandemics.



2. I reserve the right to refuse services if it is deemed that there are unsafe working conditions.



3. I may refuse a service that, in the stylist’s opinion, is not in the best interests of the client i.e. colouring severely damaged hair or applying extensions to thinning hair.



4. I reserves the right to cancel or postpone any booked service due to illness or misadventure that could occur. In such an event I will always endeavour to rearrange the appointment where possible.



5.If  i  am not available to carry out your appointment through circumstances beyond my control, i reserve the right to reschedule your appointment date and time. In unusual circumstances i may need to cancel your booking. In the event that i cannot fulfil your appointment, i will contact you by telephone - where possible. Please note that any price given via telephone can be subject to change. When i have seen your hair and discussed your requirements a final price can be given.



6. Booking fee for extensions are paid on the arranged consultation day/arranged day no appointment to fit or order the hair can be done till the booking fee has been paid. Booking fees are NON refundable once the hair has been ordered.  



7. I reserve the right to change at any time all Prices and information found.

I reserve the right to change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part there of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website and/or our services.

 

​9. I require a consultation/patch test before every new client who may require a colouring treatment 24/48 hours prior to the appointment date. Refusal of patch testing for colour work will result in the appointment not going ahead.
